    Devon, PA – EuroMotorcars is a prestigious retailer for Mercedes-Benz located in three locations; two in Washington DC’s suburbs and one in the suburbs of Philadelphia. This dealership organization has long been known in the region as one of the finest in the industry in customer satisfaction and loyalty for Mercedes-Benz as well as Bentley, Rolls Royce and Lotus.

    For the Devon, PA location’s complete facelift to Mercedes-Benz Autohaus standards, EuroMotorcars employed i.M. Branded for their design expertise gained from branding over 1000 dealerships in the US as well as their status as Mercedes’ graphic branding partner. The package for this unique facility included the high-impact custom AMR system (Artist Mural Replaceable) in the all-important customer interaction areas (Customer Touch Points): service drive and write-up, customer lounge, cashier and vehicle display.  Manager and Dealer offices utilize the brushed metal framed print system with attractive matting and glass faces for continuity through the dealership.

    A key feature of this package, which is very popular and adaptable to any location using i.M. Branded’s considerable design resources, is a large Philadelphia skyline featured in prominent customer touch point areas for a strong local tie-in for the brand and dealership. This dealer also wanted a balance of heritage and new Mercedes-Benz products featured in their overall graphic package which was displayed to great success at the Grand Opening Party on March 28th. The dealership owners and shareholders flew in from Austria for the event.

    i.M. Branded helps dealer complete multiple location branding theme.

    Pomoco is a dealership group located in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Hampton metro market in southern Virginia with strong customer loyalty and a keen eye for who their customers are and how to retain them. This metro market is one of the most military-intensive in the US as home to large Army and Air Force bases as well as the largest Navy base in the world.

    i.M. Branded worked with the Pomoco group very closely over the past few years to create unique branding packages at their Newport News Chrysler and Lincoln dealerships that meet the manufacturer standards and seamlessly integrate a strong military theme to show their customers in the various branches of the armed forces how much they are appreciated. With the recent expansion of their Hampton Chrysler location, this theme was continued and adapted to a completely different and smaller facility than those that were previously created in Newport News. Images from this most recent installation that meet Chrysler standards for brand separation and identity while expanding and continuing the theme of the armed forces branches serving in the area can be in the gallery above.

    The effectiveness and impact of these branding packages was best realized when a customer at the Newport News Chrysler location was in the showroom shopping for a new vehicle and noticed the large Air Force branded panel. He let the dealership know that the tail number on the Air Force fighter jet image in the showroom was actually his assigned airplane and he was the pilot in the cockpit in the photos. Branding does not hit much closer to home than that!

    i.M. Branded Teams With Dealer Group For Multi-Facility Graphics Package

    i.M. Branded is very proud of a nearly-completed collaboration with dealership group AutoNation to create striking branding packages at 15 different Mercedes-Benz facilities. The result of this program that involved i. M. Branded’s design and branding product expertise with AutoNaton’s corporate vision for dealership identity is a Mercedes-Benz dealership collection at the top of the industry.

    i.M. Branded has been working with Mercedes-Benz dealers since summer of 2011 as part of the manufacturer’s Autohaus program, providing approved artwork, images and product solutions for unique dealerships around the country. As i.M. worked to contact each MB dealer in the country last year and inform them about the corporate artwork program, the timing of AutoNation’s needs lined up perfectly. AutoNation is one of the largest MB dealers in the world with nearly 20 locations and, as an organization, is focused on a great customer experience starting with a great dealership facility. Their collection of MB dealerships contained a bewildering variety of artwork and other types of branding that differed from site to site. When i.M. Branded first started to meet with these individual locations, the opportunity quickly became apparent to the corporate leadership team at AutoNation for a program that could update all of their MB stores to the latest MB Autohaus program interior look quickly and easily. This approach allowed all AutoNation MB dealerships to share a theme, add exciting color and imagery, and remain compliant with the important manufacturer facility program.

    After agreeing on dealership management input, corporate input, and general budgets, i.M. Branded visited every AutoNation MB facility and produced a detailed mockup for corporate approval. After the stamp of approval from AutoNation, the installations took place without delay. All of the locations were provided additional options beyond the “corporate” package for the individual dealership operator to select more items if they wanted, thus creating two tiers of dealership branding installations for AutoNation; the corporate package, and the supplemental package selected by the dealer operator. Most of the standard packages incorporated between 10 and 20 of i.M. Branded’s Artist Mural Replaceable (AMR) product which provides unparalleled clarity and color, custom size and shape flexibility, and unlimited future update capability.

    Through February 11, complete dealership packages have been installed with one more scheduled, two pending, and four additional “supplemental” packages under consideration.

  • Bob Marley Product Display a Big Hit

    Custom Bob Marley Teas & Coffee Display a hit at NACS Show in Chicago

    Southfield, MI – Viva Beverages of Southfield, MI recently asked i.M. Branded to help them create a custom display for their Bob Marley Iced Teas and Coffees product line. The goal was to create a 12’(w) x 14’(w) x 4’(d) custom traveling fabric display, that can break down and fit into a trade show shipping case. i.M. Branded designed and manufactured a light-weight aluminum shell, using AMR(Artist Mural Replaceable) framing on the front and back side, and side panels that use Velcro to adhere the graphics securely to the frame. The inside of the display is used for storing products brought to the trade shows.

    The first use of the display was at the NACS Show(Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing) at the McCormack Center in Chicago, IL. The display was well received and increased foot traffic to the booth over the previous year. The booth is scheduled for multiple shows this year.

    i.M. Branded Modular provides “Instant Facelift”.

    Worcester, MA – Like many buildings in the Northeastern United States, Harr Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Worcester, MA is built on soil that has seen construction projects for literally hundreds of years. Harr needed the distinctive Chrysler Millennium II arched entry as part of their future plan for increased presence on Gold Star Blvd. in Worcester and contacted i.M. Branded for a solution.

    Part of the package for any i.M. Branded modular arch entry is extensive site analysis and engineering. In Harr’s case, this resulted in special concrete footing plans suited to the unique soil and site conditions in Worcester where buildings of various types have been erected and replaced for generations leaving unusual soil conditions for construction. i.M. Branded worked closely with the dealer’s team to create a custom footing design ensuring durability for years to come despite the tricky ground conditions. Above ground, this “type B” 24-foot arch provides the same dramatic details and proportions as all other i.M. Branded Chrysler modular arches for a huge lift to the dealership’s appeal.

    i.M. Branded greatly appreciates the recurring business from this strong dealership group and plans to continue working with them in partnership on future projects. Open Road is obviously dedicated to providing the most exciting retail automotive environments in the industry and i.M. Branded’s involvement with them has been a true collaboration from their first project together at BMW of Edison (NJ) in 2008.

    Mercedes-Benz of Bridgewater graphics package the finishing touch to total renovation.

    BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Mercedes-Benz of Bridgewater, part of the Open Road Auto Group, just completed a total renovation in only five months to bring their dealership up to the latest Mercedes-Benz facility guidelines. The icing on the cake is a high-impact graphics package from i.M. Branded.

    This is the sixth facility branding package i.M. Branded has completed for Open Road but the first for them representing Mercedes-Benz. This package consists entirely of i.M. Branded’s proprietary Artist Mural Replaceable (AMR) product system incorporated into nearly every area of daily dealer operations including the showroom, finance offices, conference room, two customer lounges, shop, cashier, write-up & service drive.  Special local and unique touches include a New York City skyline graphic for the service drive, and a balance of new & heritage Mercedes-Benz product imagery in the showroom.

    MB of Delray kicks off image campaign for Mercedes Benz dealer group.

    DELRAY, FL – i.M. Branded first started talking about graphic branding concepts and options with Mercedes-Benz of Delray back in 2009.  The dealership’s branding vision was finally realized with the installation in December 2011 of a full compliment of high-impact Artist Mural Replaceable (AMR) images in the showroom, offices, customer lounge, cashier area, new car delivery area and conference room.

    “The store looks totally different,” stated General Manager Ralph Mesa who was involved from the start of i.M. Branded consulting with Mercedes-Benz of Delray.  Speaking of the total transformation his facility went through in a matter of days, Mesa added “It looks great!”

    Celebrating BMW Engineering Heritage with Graphic Branding.

    Faulkner BMW is located in rural Lancaster, PA, and is one of several Faulkner Auto Group dealerships in Southeastern PA.  For their brand new BMW dealership, General Manager Ricky Wood wanted a state of the art facility that included design concepts that magnified BMW engineering.  Mr. Wood contacted the dealership experts at i.M. Branded who designed a package featuring the high-impact AMR product (Artist Mural Replaceable) used throughout the facility.  The BMW engineering heritage is celebrated with beautiful graphic branding in key customer areas like the showroom, service drive, delivery area, and retail parts.

    Another unique aspect to the Faulkner BMW installation is the large image of the Lancaster County countryside for a local tie-in, as well as a great image of the BMW Welt (World) distribution center in Germany which is a striking building.  Commenting on the impact i.M. Branded helped provide for customers, Mr. Wood said that the “graphics really made the most of the facility.”  Additional feedback from his team members and customers alike has been overwhelmingly positive.

    This is the second dealership package i.M. Branded has completed for the Faulkner Group and we hope to work their great personnel again in the future.

    Graphic Branding for customer loyalty at NC Dealerships

    North Carolina Dealer David Neill contacted i.M. Branded looking for design expertise to create a high-impact graphics package for his Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem dealership. Upon meeting with the dealership experts at i.M. Branded on-site at the Winston-Salem location, Mr. Neill decided to use iM Branded for his Mercedes-Benz of Greensboro store as well.

    The Greensboro store is in a different type of market and of a different age than the Winton-Salem facility and the dealer did not intend to do any branding of the facility at this time. But once he saw the unique and original concepts i.M. Branded proposed for Winston-Salem, he did not hesitate to utilize the same resources for his Greensboro location.

    Both dealerships now feature exceptional graphic branding, all fully compatible with Mercedes-Benz facility programs, in the showrooms, service areas, offices and other locations throughout where customers interact with employees and the Mercedes-Benz brand. These packages use our exclusive Artist Mural Replaceable (AMR) system which allows simple future updates once the infrastructure is installed.
