“The main goal of the project, which i.M. Branded was extremely important in achieving, was to create beautiful showrooms for each brand that satisfy the manufacturers’ requirements in a multi-brand facility, requiring flawless transitions from branded areas to brand neutral areas to mixed-use areas,” explained Terrance. “i.M. Branded was very helpful in the design and placement of elements as well as the implementation. That’s a lot of people to keep happy, and to pull it off the way they did was incredible.”
“In the past working with other vendors there’s always been some issue, some gap in communication or some detail that wasn’t fully completed in the end,” said Terrance. “Not with i.M. Branded. When they showed up, they had already taken every detail into consideration and so nothing got missed. i.M. Branded was extremely accurate in their work it was done right the first time.”
The project included a variety of unique and custom installations that added to the complexity of the work. For example, the Rolls Royce showroom features a waterfall bar area that’s not typical of Rolls Royce dealerships. i.M. Branded strategized with Music City Motor Cars, recommended solutions and prepared materials in advance that enabled all the components to complement each other.
“When i.M. Branded arrived on site they were ready to go,” said Terrance. “They were flexible, adaptable problem-solvers who were able to achieve something unique and special for us. I can hardly express the incredible level of accuracy they achieved in performing their work. It was a great feeling at the end of the project to look around the showroom and see that everything was just right. It took some real skill to do that. They have a great team over there.”
