OVERVIEW

Our experience working with premium automotive brands is a natural complement to the ARCH retail concept. RECEPTION

i.M. Branded provides a custom millwork solution for JLR facilities. We create custom millwork for many of the customer touchpoints throughout the facility’s core for both brands. As guests walk into the dealership, they are greeted by a large reception desk and a wood cladded wall. The vestibule is finished with panels in a sleek walnut laminate.

SELECTION

With customization at the forefront of the JLR buying experience, the Project ARCH program design offers an intimate space for customers and sales personnel to work together on trim accents and color selection for customers. This intimate space acts as a conduit between the Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms and was designed to be a quiet place dedicated to building a dream car.

LOUNGE

Located between the selection area and the café is a lounge area designed to connect the Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms while giving customers a comfortable and accommodating place to relax. The lounge area was designed to be an extension of the café and seamlessly partitions the Jaguar Land Rover showrooms with minimal obstruction.

SALES

Guests walking through the dealership encounter an open area for sales desks within the showroom space, as well as offices with glazed glass walls near the back of the facility. The sales desks are finished with walnut laminate top, white frame and oval legs, with a white modesty panel. Behind the sales desks are wall storage units, either wall-mounted or built-in, with display vitrines above. The storage units and vitrines are finished in walnut laminate.

CAFÉ

The café pieces within this area are surrounded by a low wall, with or without glass fins, along with walnut edging, a freestanding wall separator and brand wall. In the center of those items is where the Jaguar and Land Rover color and trim units stand. A secondary option for this area is the personalization suite. This includes the inspire wall barista, configuration table & leather lounge wall.

SERVICE

As guests return to the core area, there are merchandising units that utilize a recessed merchandising system, incorporating a Visplay hanging system. The rear wall is a champagne laminate with laminate sides. There are multiple display options including shelves, hooks and display cases.
